He is currently the Chairman of Cabb Co., a member of the Boards of Directors of the Carmeuse Group and the American Aerogel Corp.
Eng. Gualdoni was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BASF GE Schwarzheide (2001 to 2005), and the Chief Executive Officer of Styrolution. He was also a member of the Boards of Directors of several other companies, including the PlasticsEurope Co., BIT AG, Zug/Switzerland, Plastic Recovery Consulting Co., Tecpol, FIW Munich, and Outokumpu Oyj.
