Yes, SABIC is a public company listed on the Tadawul Stock Exchange – TASI – of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Saudi Aramco owns 70% of the company’s shares, and private investors in Saudi Arabia, the GCC countries , the Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) and the authorized persons to enter into Swap agreements hold the rest.
