SABIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM HELPS BUILD LEADERS IN GOVERNMENT SECTORS

The SABIC Leadership Program for senior government officials, now in its third year, was launched at the SABIC Academy in Riyadh on December 20 to share expertise and develop leadership skills.

Thirty-five senior officials from various government sectors attended the five-day program, which was supervised by well-established leadership trainers. SABIC's experience in leadership development was also highlighted at the program.

Yousef Al-Benyan, SABIC Vice Chairman and CEO, stressed the importance of learning as a key element in leadership development. Through this program and other similar efforts, SABIC aims to achieve its 2025 strategy and the broader objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, he said.

Abdulaziz Al-Oudan, SABIC Executive Vice President, Corporate Human Resources, said the program reaffirmed the company’s commitment to collaborate with government sectors in developing human resources. He highlighted the importance of building leadership skills to meet future challenges.

Three sessions under the SABIC Leadership Program were conducted for 105 leaders from various government sectors over the last quarter.
