A modified low-molecular-weight, bi-functional PPE oligomer grade, the NORYL SA9000 product is SABIC’s flagship solution for high-performance multilayer copperclad laminates (CCLs) used in high-speed AI server PCBs and 5G base stations.It offers formulating flexibility in existing CCL production operations and has a proven fit for incorporation in various different solvent-based thermoset systems.
