SABIC SUPPORTS WOMEN’S EMPLOYMENT BY SPONSORING GLOWORK CAREER FAIR

SABIC participated in the Glowork Career Fair for women in Riyadh from October 1 to 3 as a platinum sponsor, reflecting its strong support for the recruitment, retention and professional development of female talent, aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Held under the theme, “A Step Ahead,” the fair is the leading female career fair and recruitment event in Saudi Arabia, endorsed by the Ministry of Labor and the Human Resources Development Fund. SABIC was represented by a 29-member delegation, headed by a team from Corporate Human Resources.

SABIC engaged with the participants at its booth, not only to scout talent, but also to understand the quality of female talent supply from universities to help it maintain the pace of its current growth and ongoing transformation.

The SABIC delegation delivered eight workshops on key HR subjects, including Personality Branding & Communication, Workplace Ethics & Dynamics, Career Development & Counseling, Innovation culture and Entrepreneurship, and Path to a Future Career.
